South Asian weddings

A celebrationin full color.

From the quiet traditions to the celebrations that fill an entire room, I photograph South Asian weddings with an eye for the people, the energy, and everything happening in between.

Explore the celebration

01 — The rhythm

A South Asian wedding is rarely just one day.

Every event has
its own rhythm.

A South Asian wedding can unfold across several days, spaces, outfits, traditions and generations. My approach is to understand the flow before I photograph it, so I can be present for what matters without constantly interrupting it.

The celebration, as a whole

More than one moment.
More than one day.

Whether your celebration includes a Mehndi, Haldi, Sangeet, Baraat, ceremony, reception, or a combination unique to your families, coverage can be shaped around the events that matter most to you.

  • Traditionswhat is happening
  • Peoplewho it matters to
  • In-betweenwhat no one planned

I'm watching the whole room, not only the couple.

04 — The coverage

Built around your celebration

Coverage that can breathe.

Multi-event weddings need enough room in the timeline to photograph each part beautifully without making the celebration feel like a production built around the camera.

I can help you think through coverage based on your events, locations, guest count, portrait priorities and the amount of time you want documented.

  • Multi-day coverage

Coverage can be built across individual events or the full wedding weekend.

  • Second photographer

Recommended when simultaneous moments, larger guest counts or multiple perspectives make additional coverage valuable.

  • Timeline guidance

We can plan photography around ceremony timing, family portraits, transitions and the best available light.

  • Photo, film + content

Photography can be paired with professional cinematography and a content creator, who delivers edited short-form video within days of the celebration.

Good to know

Questions couples ask.

Do you photograph multi-day South Asian weddings?

Yes. Coverage can be created around a single wedding day or across several events, depending on how your celebration is structured.

Which events can you photograph?

Coverage can include events such as Mehndi, Haldi, Sangeet, Baraat, ceremony, reception and additional family or pre-wedding gatherings. Every wedding is different, so we build coverage around your actual schedule.

Do you recommend a second photographer?

For larger celebrations, simultaneous getting-ready moments, extensive family coverage or events with several things happening at once, a second photographer can be extremely valuable. I will recommend one when I believe it genuinely improves the coverage.

Can you help us with the photography timeline?

Absolutely. Once I understand your events and priorities, I can help plan photography around portraits, ceremonies, transitions, family photographs and the available light without taking over the flow of the celebration.

  • 400 professionally retouched photographs

  • 2 videographers

  • 16 hours of film across the same days

Tell me about your celebration

Every family bringssomething of their own.

Tell me what you're planning: the events, the people, the traditions that matter to you, and what you want to remember from it. I'll help you build coverage around the celebration rather than forcing the celebration around the photography.
